Zombie Love Story FAQ

How many photos do I need?

Two. The first photo becomes the survivor — the person who recognizes their loved one and chooses not to shoot. The second becomes the one who has turned. Clear, well-lit, front-facing photos of a single subject work best.

Can I choose who becomes the zombie?

Yes. Slot 1 is always the survivor and slot 2 is always the one who turned, so upload accordingly — and if you change your mind, use the Swap Roles button to reverse the two photos without re-uploading.

Can I use a photo of my dog or cat?

Yes — pick the Zombie Pet Reunion preset. It keeps your pet's species, breed and markings intact and never gives the animal human features. The story uses a dropped flashlight instead of a weapon and ends with your pet resting its head in your hands.

How long does generation take?

Usually 1–3 minutes. The video is a single 15-second cinematic clip generated in one pass, so keep the tab open until the progress finishes.

Can I change the story?

Yes. Pick one of four story presets — Classic Farewell, Rainy Apocalypse, Abandoned Cabin or Zombie Pet Reunion — then edit the story text, the relationship and the emotional tone. Your text guides the mood of the film; the five-scene structure stays intact so every generation tells a complete story.

Why do faces sometimes look different?

The generator locks identity to your reference photos with explicit constraints, but AI video can still drift slightly — long or fast movements are the hardest. Clear, front-facing photos give the most consistent faces. Regenerating usually fixes a bad frame.

Can I download the result without a watermark?

Yes. Downloads are clean MP4s — Kinoify never adds its own watermark to your video.

What happens to my uploaded photos?

Photos are stored privately and used only to generate your video. They are not used for model training. Download links expire after about 72 hours, after which the video and its references are gone.

Can I use the video commercially?

You are responsible for having permission to use the uploaded photos and for complying with the generation provider's terms. Only upload photos of yourself, people who consented, or your own pets.
